Domestic Orders will leave our warehouse within 48 hours after paymen has been made. There is no shipping on Fridays or weekends. This course is huge and the shipping weight is over 5 pounds. The dimensions of the box are over 8 1/2 x 11 x 3. The written portion of the course is over 600 pages.

We ship Worldwide:

International Orders ship USPS Global Express. This means your order has tracking infomation once it leave the country and will delivered to you via FEDEX or UPS. One your Item has shipped, it has a guaranteed delivery date and is expedited through customs. You are responsible for any customs fees. International orders leave our warehouse within 5 business days due to the additional paperwork required for customs.

USPS Priority Mail :

US Orders should arrive within 3-5 days after your order has left our warehouse. It is the policy of the US Post Office that Priority mail may take as long as 14 days for delivery, but delivery is usually within 3-5 days. There is no up to the minute tracking information available for Priority mail. Your tracking number only provides delivery confirmation information. The delivery status will be updated by the post office the day after you receive your package.

UPS/FEDEX:

US Orders are guaranteed to arrive on a certain date after the item has left our warehouse. Your tracking number will provide up to the minute tracking information on your product once it has left our warehouse.

RETURNS:

You may return this product for a full refund within 14 days. Shipping Fees are not refundable
