SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Orders will leave our warehouse within (4 business days, excluding Fridays) after payment has been made. There is no shipping on Fridays or weekends. The counting of days starts on the next business day (Excluding Fridays).
Example: An order placed on Thursday will not leave the warehouse until the following Thursday.
This course is huge and the shipping weight is over 10 pounds. The dimensions of the box are over 8 1/2 x 11 x 3. The written portion of the course is over 1200 pages.
We ship Worldwide:
International Orders ship USPS Priority Mail. You are responsible for any customs fees. International orders leave our warehouse within 7 business days due to the additional paperwork required for customs.
USPS Priority Mail :
US Orders should arrive within 5-7 days after your order has left our warehouse. It is the policy of the US Post Office that Priority mail may take as long as 14 days for delivery, but delivery is usually within 3-5 days. Your tracking number should provide daily status of your package.
CHORDS ON CARDS
If you order includes chords on cards. You may receive two separate shipments. The cards may ship from a different warehouse. If you order includes Chords on Cards. Please allow 7-10 business days for your shipment to leave our warehouse. No Shipping on Fridays

RETURNS:
You may return this product for a full refund within 14 days. Shipping Fees are not refundable
